For some parts, it was easy to predict, but some were hard to follow through.

Overall - Intense, 8/10

Well, after this episode finished, I found myself looking forward to the next one. One thing I’ve learned from Akiyama is that confidence in front of other people or rivals seems to be everything. There’s a saying that if you believe you’ll lose before starting something, then you’ve already lost half the battle.

At the very least, this built anticipation for the next episode. The first half felt a bit unnecessary, but halfway through, the tension started building up well and made you look forward to what would happen next.

This was really a dialogue-driven episode that focused more on explanations. Not much thrill because of it. And when I say long explanations, it really was LONG. Seriously. It kinda killed the vibe of the episode.

I kinda expected Akiyama to have something up his sleeve. The dialogue was crazy long, like, I didn’t even need that kind of explanation. It felt a bit dragging when you already knew what was going to happen anyway.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 6 arrives just after the alliance-building tensions of Episode 5, when players were still maneuvering cautiously. Here, the season shifts decisively — hidden roles surface and the psychological confrontations stop being subtext. This episode acts as a structural turning point, reorienting the game's power dynamics and raising the stakes for every strategic move that follows in the back half of the season.
