What a badass start! This totally reminds me of wuxia stories. Actually, I think this could be considered wuxia, to be honest, while not being exactly so given its origin. That said, while I find the world-building totally great, I find the writing of the characters, especially the mob characters and even the initial villains, rather unimpressive. Not only are they totally incompetent, but they are also quite disappointing given their "importance" in the setting.

A strong opening that immediately establishes a brutal post-apocalyptic world and a protagonist who commands attention. Raoh's ambition, strength, and ruthless determination are at the center of the episode, giving the story a darker and more serious tone. The episode does a good job setting up Raoh's path toward power while introducing the harsh world he intends to conquer. The action is satisfying, and the atmosphere feels appropriately bleak for a Fist of the North Star story.

To be the pilot episode I believe it didn´t much waste time on unnecessary introductions like others, it had some accidentaly goofy moments like he lit passing through any distraction. But the episode was in general enjoyable, I´ll see what´s next.
