Episode Context

Arriving at Episode 100 of 110, this episode follows 'The Approach Run Toward the Future,' which repositioned the political landscape heading into the final stretch of the series. The empress's ascension formalizes a seismic shift in imperial leadership, and the episode acts as a deliberate pause before Episode 101, 'Invitation to Rebellion,' signals the series' return to large-scale conflict, one now shaped by whatever emerges from these imperial chambers.
