EPISODE REVIEWS

The story is getting gripping. A vivid portrait of a divided France loyal to its King. Spies, secret societies, and the clash between nobles and revolutionaries are brilliant. D'Eon’s struggle between duty, his sister’s soul, and his country is fascinating.

The story just keeps getting more intense and unpredictable! Every new clue pulls D'Eon deeper into the mystery, making everything even more gripping. I really loved the rare heartwarming moments, especially the glimpse of D'Eon's love life. The ending hit hard and left me excited for what's coming next.

What I enjoyed most was how the story weaves real French history into the plot. You can see the poverty, the growing unrest, and the people wanting to overthrow the monarchy. Watching D'Eon witness all of this and begin questioning his loyalty was really interesting. I'm not sure where he'll end up, but this episode does a great job setting up his inner conflict.
