Last Exile Episode 3: Transpose

This episode was a swing, but I do like that it didn't hit us out of nowhere, especially after what we see on the first two episodes prior. I really do like the racing bit, but the promise of tension after is what hooking, with that last bit at the end with the pilot and the unknown aircraft(?) There's some more mystery too with this episode, which makes it more interesting. Can't wait for the next one!

Oh, the plot keeps getting more interesting. My comment on the animation is still the same: some parts are hazy, while others are detailed and clear. Most of the detailed parts are the mechanisms of the airships. The race scenes are fun, and the way the pilots talk to each other suggests they have known each other for a long time.

Our protags can't seem to catch a break! The racing was sublime, and the blurry motions they gave off were cool, felt like they were going mach 5. Love how they put their trust in each other wholeheartedly. As the story progresses the plot thickens, and it only gets better the longer it stews.
