LOL! The start of the episode really shows the reality of school life with the 1st years really be thrown into wolves. First half is more filler-y but the start of the 2nd half really sets the vibe for the rest of the episode! A truly classic sports anime episode!

NGl, the defensive strategy they’re showing actually works even in real games. Sometimes height doesn’t matter if you have a great defender who knows how to use his body and that’s something I used to do on the court😅. Kudos to the animators for showcasing real skills

Almost half the episode is just the first years chasing that “fantastic bread,” and they’re seriously hilarious 😂 Then it shifts as Seirin starts intense training for the next official match, and their first opponent looks tough. Love how this ep balances hype and fun!
