EPISODE REVIEWS

nice series

It was a cute way to open the series. There is nothing much aside from explaining why Komi is like that. The animation is captivating and I love the soundtrack that was playing when they were writing in the board. Also, some scenes were quite comical.

Episode Context

As the first of twelve episodes, this premiere lays the essential groundwork. Tadano and Komi's initial connection is the seed from which the entire season grows, specifically Komi's goal of making 100 friends. Everything introduced here, the school dynamics, Komi's communication disorder, and Tadano's role as her bridge to others, becomes the framework that every subsequent episode builds upon. The measured pacing signals that this season will prioritize character-driven moments over rapid plot progression.
