The animation was more polished & vibe was super light, no drama or dark thriller. And tbh, Najimi’s school intro at the start is peak comedy that only she could pull off being the school's social butterfly. Watching Komi slowly grow is so sweet & add. scene at the end was funny.
I can't stop laughing at this episode! What an amazing start to the second season! Pure gold. And of course, we can't gloss over the subtle romance in the air. I thought Tadano was already the GOAT, but Komi isn't any worse! Highly recommended—animation and style is superb.
OLM Studio is lowkey underrated. The animation is still clearing the seasonal slate. S2 opens with a new guy who looks like a lost Wind Breaker extra, but the Oda humor hits the spot. The vibes: Pure. The Anxiety Meter: Absolutely cooked. 10/10 social hazard.
