the overarching narrative is successfully building towards a strong climax. while the actual mechanical animation is nothing particularly great, the series compensates by heavily prioritizing distinct eccentricities. establishing these highly unconventional character traits fosters a remarkable level of audience investment and warmth.

if i were asked which anime would i like to be isekaied to I would choose this specific universe in a heartbeat. Manda is still my absolute favorite character and i am so glad those three became friends. still wondering if nami is ever gonna confess or if it will turn into yuri but if were being fr i wish they would take the non romanc3 ending.

I really felt for Kirio when he finally snapped at the girls on the field because they were being way too much with that soccer game

This show is so underrated and it is crazy how it went from a comedy about a fan club to Kirio having a mental breakdown over his dead friend

Ryou is a total maniac for stalking Manda to get info on Kirio and her becoming a benevolent stalker is the weirdest development yet

My heart actually sank when Aimi talked about seeing Kirio crying in the hospital since it explains why she is so obsessed with seeing him smile again

I felt so bad when Kirio yelled at them on the field because Aimi was only trying to help him with that soccer game even if it was super weird

Manda doing that fake exorcism while Aimi sat there depressed was actually hilarious and it was exactly the kind of distraction she needed after getting her heart crushed

Those old people in tracksuits collapsing on the grass actually looked hilarious, but the mood shifted fast when Kirio finally lost it on the girls for being intrusive

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming off Episode 10, where cracks in Ken Kirio's usual demeanor first became apparent, Episode 11 shifts the fan club's attention from chasing laughs to genuinely checking in on the person at the center of their obsession. As the second-to-last episode of the season, it carries the emotional groundwork needed to make the finale land — deepening relationships and raising the stakes before the final episode delivers its conclusion.
