Synopsis

One day, a stone carving bearing an uncanny likeness to Keroro arrives at Fuyumi's place. To solve this mystery, the Keroro Squad travels to the isolated and mysterious Easter Island. There, they meet harmless spirits known as Mana, and the odd twins Io and Rana. Lastly, there is Akuaku, a legendary evil spirit recently awoken from its long sleep.

What a great and fun movie, even though at the beginning it seems as if there's not plot, or it wasn't properly explained, but once the villain shows up, 30 min into the movie, we finally have some direction, but there is still lacking of plan, making you feel like, "what are they trying to do? how are they resolving the issue?". Despite that, the fighting scene was good, the animation was good and the voice acting was enjoyable too, there are some funny and cute moments that never seize to be gone in a Keroro Movie. Overall I'd say it was a great movie with a great ending, Iorana!

At first, the dark atmosphere was quite surprising. However, the pacing became tighter and more well executed as it went on. In fact, the atmosphere became warmer and more light hearted, just like a typical comedy. The visuals were unique in some scenes, showcasing epic adventures and action. With a mystery for the characters to unravel, the journey became both intriguing and enjoyable. The ending was emotional, but it really left a lasting impression.

I love this type of art, it reminds me of the Saturday morning cartoons I used to watch, with a fresh coat of paint and better animation. Art is still the same style, but it still works in the modern era.

This was relaxing to watch, and the plot was gradually becoming more interesting as you watch it despite the goofiness. I really enjoyed the character designs of keroro and his platoon, their goofy and ridiculous antics really made it comedic. I also love the anime reference when keroro was preparing for battle.
