The start was a peak comedy. I feel Kaguya and Shirogane tried and returned with more mind games for each other after the vacation, but it was so cute of Chika when she was forcing everyone to sing

This episode doesn't reinvent the wheel, but it polishes it to a mirror shine. The comedy is fast-paced, and the animation is expressive. such as a major romantic confession effect

This is set to be exciting and engaging with plenty of misunderstandings, as both the MC boy and MC girl possess strong pride in themselves! The artistic style appears quite impressive too.

Absolute cinema, great introduction episode. I feel like majority of you will enjoy this and will be drawn to finish the series. The psychological battle between our 2 leads Shinomiya and Shirogane really done beautifully. Oh and we can't forget Chika<3

They're back at it again, I am a fan of Chika. So her being in the scenes is what is important to me. She's the one carrying the peak comedy here. Anyway episode should not be missed!

What a great pilot EP! Good introductions and a well-shown dynamic between the characters. This EP really sets up the plot and what to expect of this series. Definitely a must-watch especially if you like rom-coms.

the season opener was pure chaos. chika forcing everyone to sing while kaguya and shirogane tried to one-up each other? the narrator calling out their obvious lies? peak comedy. the energy never dropped. 😂

The love war resumes immediately. Hayasaka tries to manage Kaguya’s chaotic romantic impulses, the council debates enlightenment in the dumbest way possible, and Kaguya spirals into imagining marriage. As always, pride keeps both geniuses miles away from a simple confession.

Kaguya and Shirogane are back at it with the mental gymnastics, but Hayasaka definitely stole the show this time. Seeing her panic while trying to block the student council from entering the room was easily the highlight.
