This was an excellent start to a series. It had an interesting plot, action, intrique, emotion, and characters that are multi-layered. It also had some absolutely brutal moments, really from start to finish. The planet Chimaera is an interesting setting, so I look forward to the rest of the season.

They let you know what kind of theme you're in for right from the first few seconds! Atmosphere is one of the most important things in any form of media for me, and they absolutely nail it here. The setting is harsh, unforgiving, and BRUTAL.
