Nice introduction! I've watched quite a few mecha anime, and none have had this kind of concept. I'm looking forward to learning more about the lore and getting to know the characters.

Episode Context

As Episode 1 of 12, this is pure foundation, there is nothing preceding it, and everything follows from it. It introduces the core cast, the geopolitical backdrop, and the enigma of Dancouga Nova itself, setting the questions that the remaining eleven episodes will work to answer. Viewers should treat this as a contract: the tone, character dynamics, and central mysteries established here will define the season's stakes going forward.
