The animation, music, dialogue, and overall plot were absolutely perfect. Without a doubt, this was the best fight of the season and arguably one of the top three in the entire series. I could watch this episode countless times without ever getting bored.

A focused side conflict that delivers emotional closure with sharp pacing. The fight is compact but meaningful.

Mahito is terrifyingly strong. He calculated the fight well, which ultimately led to his victory. What are they planning to achieve in Shibuya? Will Gojo be able to survive what’s coming?

Absolute Sakuga! This episode is a visual masterpiece, turning a desperate betrayal to an all-out giant robot brawl. The scale of the fight is massive, but choreography remains razor-sharp. It’s a tragic, high-octane spectacle that proves just how high the stakes are for Shibuya.

Kokichi Muta aka Mechamaru gets his spotlight, layers to this character fr. The buildup to Shibuya feels intentional, not dragged. Side characters getting fleshed out before everything hits the fan. Smart writing, slower pace but purposeful. TwT

The fight between Mechamaru and Mahito is phenomenal. Mechamaru really shows how badass he is, his strategies, agility, and control over his puppet body make him a serious threat. It’s exciting, a little heartbreaking, and definitely sets the stage for the bigger events ahead.

So unfair!! Mahito, when I catch you! When I catch you!! Also, this is lowkey giving “abandon all hope, ye who enter Shibuya.”

The animation for this fight was really detailed and smooth. But it kinda felt underwhelming. Its one of those tropes where a character is filled with hope that they can win but in the end lose

Mechamaru vs. Mahito! The visuals transform into a high-octane "Mecha" battle. The suspense is tragic as Muta fights for a chance to finally see his friends.

the combat quality at the beginning is very good. It provides several cool POV and hype intensity that makes it feel intense and heart beating. The story explanation is quite neat, the situation is explained well without giving too much monologue.

This episode leans into the action rather, despite having many tricks up his sleeve, Mahito’s cunning antics helped him secure victory over Kokichi.
The animation however, keep the same fluidity, while it is fast paced, the episode doesn't loose its detail, Overall it is great.

Mechamaru's secret deal reveal hit me harder than most deaths in other series. He knew the cost. He made the choice anyway. The Halloween curtain dropping over Shibuya at the end while everyone scrambles?? The Shibuya Incident arc just ACTIVATED and I am not ready.
