EPISODE REVIEWS

The playful vibe is slowly fading as the story gets more serious, and Jiyu’s struggles feel much more real now. The sense of urgency makes everything feel more personal, and honestly, the story is getting really good.

The stakes finally feel real here. I like how the Ryujoji clan's curse creates an immediate sense of danger and the Jiyu, Sai and villain scenes are genuinely compelling. The problem is the constant bypass into school comedy which completely kills the tension whenever they appear.

Well, the playful atmosphere has definitely become harder to find. The pressure surrounding Jiyu feels much heavier now, and the episode spends less time treating her situation like one enormous joke. There’s a real sense of urgency running through everything, especially whenever the people around her become involved. It makes the whole conflict feel far more personal than before.
