Rewatching this classic gem in this Gen-Z era. The OP and ED were very nostalgic to me and brought back a lot of memories. I still can sing along with it since the tune was very remarkable for me. The storyline was unique, and the animation was a little bit stiff, but that was understandable since it was made in 2008. Definitely a must-watch!
The first episode is a nice introduction to the characters of Kotoko and Irie and the people around them. Kotoko is outgoing while Irie is just cold. Really excited to see what will happen to them. Also, the way the house collapsed is just funny.
The first episode of Itakiss tells story of Kotoko, a girl from F-Class who has a crush on Irie, a top student from A-Class. When she finally confesses her feelings, she is harshly rejected by him. However, an unexpected event changes everything, leading to Kotoko at Irie house
