Isekai no Sata wa Shachiku Shidai: Omoi wo Hasemashita
Oshimeter
Synopsis
A 29-year-old accountant named Seiichirou Kondou gets accidentally isekai'd into a fantasy kingdom during a ritual meant to summon a Holy Maiden. Most people in his situation would be chasing demon lords or building harems, but Seiichirou's first thought is basically "I need a job." He talks his way into the Royal Accounting Department and immediately starts pulling overtime like he never left Tokyo. The problem is, his body has zero resistance to the ambient magic in this world, and it's slowly wrecking his health. Enter Aresh Indolark, the stern Captain of the Knights, whose magical treatment requires sustained physical contact — which is exactly as charged as it sounds. Their dynamic builds naturally from reluctant caretaker and stubborn workaholic into something genuinely warm. This special episode, bundled with Blu-ray volume 3, is a nice extra piece of that relationship for people already invested. The whole series works because it takes the isekai setup and filters it through a grounded adult perspective — budgets, bureaucracy, and figuring out your place in a world you didn't ask to be part of. Studio Deen handles the fantasy setting with enough charm to keep things engaging without going overboard. If you liked the workplace romance tension in Sekaiichi Hatsukoi or the slow-burn character dynamics in Hitorijime My Hero, this scratches a similar itch but with a fantasy twist. Worth checking out the main series first, then coming back for this one.
