It was pretty obvious who was going to win the noodle competition, especially with how much the episode built it up. It was an easy read for me, but I’m much more intrigued by the dessert competition. I’m really looking forward to seeing how it plays out in the next episode! P.S. Was it a good or bad move for the judges to reveal their criteria? I’m really curious to see how the contestants will use it when making their desserts.
