Episode Context

This episode directly continues the Dr. Suikotsu storyline introduced in Episode 108, 'The Secret of the Pure Light,' deepening the examination of his fractured identity while physically drawing the group closer to Mount Hakurei. It sits squarely in the Band of Seven arc, building critical tension and thematic groundwork before the arrival of the group's leader, Bankotsu, in the following episode. The sacred mountain's influence is becoming a central plot device, and this installment functions as the bridge between character revelation and the larger confrontation ahead.
