One of Goichiro's grandchildren, Rion, becomes a key character and I can't help but root for her as Rion manages to dig through the logical threaded lies Kotoko weaves in order to cover Sumi Otonashi's murder.
Even though Rion is trapped in the middle of all chaos, she stands out for her ability to understand the narrative apart from everyone's alibi. When you map out, every single one of Sumi’s children had plotted in a dark scheme, it’s wild, their relationship so incredibly toxic.
Berlanjut dari cerita sebelumnya dan jujur episode ini sangat dialog heavy tetapi disitulah letak menarik dan kekuatan nya. Tidak banyak aksi fisik atau duel. Ketegangan dibangun melalui dialog, pertanyaan, dan perubahan ekspresi. Setiap kali salah satu anggota keluarga mengungkap sesuatu, persepsi kita terhadap keluarga Otonashi pun ikut berubah.
