Yoshida, the apartment manager, receives a curious warning from Katagiri. She shares a 'Hitozuma Danger Rank' list, a rather unsettling social document compiled by the mothers in the complex. This list categorizes the most manipulative women, those capable of forcing families out with their machinations. Yoshida listens, the humor mixed with a dawning understanding of the social battlefield he manages.

A service call takes Yoshida to Mizutani's apartment, where he finds her in a state of dishabille, a lab coat over a swimsuit, dripping wet. She claims an accidental overuse of 'lotion powder' has clogged her tub, leading him to a bathroom filled with a thick, turquoise goo. Yoshida, flustered by her appearance and the strange mess, prepares his tools. This is a setup rich with unspoken tension.

As Yoshida plunges away, Mizutani intensifies her advances, shedding her lab coat and proposing a 'reward' for his efforts. Her suggestion of rubbing their lotion-covered bodies together sends Yoshida into a panicked flush. He completes the repair with remarkable speed, escaping her apartment and leaving Mizutani in tears of what appears to be rejection. The scene pivots from suggestive to comically frantic.

Alone and feeling scorned, Mizutani finds a mysterious black briefcase, inexplicably labeled 'libido cloth', appearing before her. Opening it unleashes a torrent of dark energy that consumes her. Her eyes glow, her swimsuit transforms, and Mizutani emerges as the 'Viscous Demon', laughing with maniacal glee. The mundane rejection has given way to something far more sinister and powerful.

The newly transformed Mizutani ascends to the water tank above the communal bathhouse, declaring a 'lotion party.' She leaps into the public bath, where Katagiri and other women are relaxing. With a spray of her device, the bathwater immediately turns into a thick, pink, impossibly slippery fluid. The unsuspecting residents scream, sliding helplessly as the entire room becomes a treacherous, gooey trap.

Hearing the commotion, Yoshida rushes to the bathhouse to find chaos. Mizutani, in her demonic form, targets him, pursuing him with blasts of lotion. Maintaining his balance amidst the slippery environment, Yoshida ingeniously uses his plunger, not just as a tool, but as a weapon to neutralize her power. With the demon defeated and the lotion vanished, Yoshida is left to face the less-than-grateful, embarrassed housewives, a familiar indignity after such an extraordinary battle.
