Ingoku Danchi: Deviant's Apartment Complex
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Barely out of high school and built like a strong breeze could knock him over, Yoshida just wanted a quiet life, but instead he's now the reluctant manager of an apartment complex full of married women with, let's say, very specific tastes. His dad got hospitalized, so the job falls to him — and that's already a rough hand to be dealt. Then things get genuinely weird. A mysterious entity starts handing out something called 'Libido Cloth' to the tenants — skimpy outfits that give these women actual superpowers while also sending their desires into overdrive. So now Yoshida has to deal with superpower-fueled chaos in his own building, and he's basically the least equipped person alive to handle it. The whole premise is absurd in the best way. It's got that chaotic ecchi energy where the comedy comes from how completely overwhelmed the protagonist is, not unlike the situations Rito stumbles into in To Love-Ru, except the setting is a rundown apartment complex instead of a high school. If you liked the supernatural-meets-horny balance of High School DxD but want something more grounded in comedy, this hits that sweet spot. The 'Libido Cloth' power system is honestly a pretty creative hook — each woman gets different abilities tied to the outfits, which keeps things unpredictable. Based on a web manga and produced by Elias under their Deregula label, this TV series leans hard into its comedic tone. Don't expect deep lore — just a genuinely funny ride through an increasingly unhinged apartment complex.
