The Prophecy
The episode opens with a chilling vision: a woman in a demonic form, eyes glowing, holding a young man on a leash. She is surrounded by other figures, all in revealing attire, under a stark purple sky. The camera lingers on her face, then a glowing crystal, before a title card appears. It suggests a warning about peculiar women in this very apartment complex.
The New Manager
We then meet Yoshida, a young man who has stepped into his ailing father's role as apartment manager. He sweeps the grounds, appearing ordinary, perhaps a little tired, as children's voices drift in the background. His introduction is quiet, setting him up as an unassuming protagonist in what quickly becomes an unsettling narrative.
Mrs. Watanabe's Affections
Yoshida observes an interaction between Mrs. Watanabe and a young man, a scene of forced affection. She embraces him tightly, insistent even as he tries to pull away. Her distress is visible when he asks her to let go, but her expression then shifts to a smile that is not entirely comforting. This is our first real glimpse into her unsettling behavior.
The Complaint
Soon after, Katagiri, a stern-faced resident, approaches Yoshida. She directly asks him to address Watanabe's conduct, specifying her excessive physical contact with the young men. Yoshida looks nervous, caught between his new responsibilities and the delicate nature of the complaint. He recognizes the problem, but seems hesitant to act.
Watanabe Confronted
When Yoshida attempts to convey the residents' concerns, Watanabe turns on him with a fury. Her face twists in anger, accusing him of seeing her as a 'pervert'. Yoshida tries to explain that the issue is simply her 'over-the-top' physical interactions, but his words are met with her disbelief and continued anger. He manages to ask her to be more mindful, to which she only offers a noncommittal hum. This exchange is charged with her barely contained resentment.
A Woman's Fury
Alone in her room, Watanabe gives in to her frustration, pulling a pillow over her head. She laments being constantly told she is 'no good', questioning why she cannot bring home and cherish the boys she likes. Her outburst mentions infidelity and impropriety among others, suggesting a sense of injustice. The walls around her are adorned with childish drawings, hinting at a past connection to a young boy. Her tears are not just sadness, but real anger, culminating in a furious 'No!' before she hears a knock.
The Libido Cloth
A mysterious briefcase, labeled 'libido cloth kidnapper', appears before Watanabe. As she touches it, a purple light envelops her, tearing her clothes away. She screams, but her transformation into the demon seen in the opening is swift and complete. Her eyes glow magenta, and the crystal pendant on her chest pulses. She strikes a dramatic pose as a new title, 'Kidnapping Demon Watanabe', flashes across the screen. This is the moment her suppressed desires manifest physically.
Night Patrol
As night falls, Yoshida undertakes his patrol, a flashlight cutting through the dim apartment complex. He looks apprehensive, regretting the task. He carries a pair of pliers, a small, mundane tool against an unseen threat. The atmosphere is tense, foreshadowing the inevitable confrontation.
The Demon Appears
Yoshida's worst fears are realized when he encounters Demon Watanabe, now with a young man on a leash, just as predicted. She ensnares Yoshida with an energy leash, pulling him to the ground. She hovers over him, smiling with wicked amusement, claiming him as her own. She insists he must come home with her, now that he has seen her true form.
A Glimpse of Sadness
As Yoshida is dragged along, a brief, poignant flashback appears: a framed photo of a young boy, smiling. This image, coupled with the thought that Watanabe's 'excessive physical contact' drove her family away, brings a moment of tragic realization. Watanabe's demon form, however, continues to pull him, demanding that he stop her 'itching'.
Desperate Measures
The young man on the leash urges Yoshida to flee, and he scrambles to escape. Watanabe, furious at his resistance, quickly pins him down, straddling him. She glows intensely, her cries becoming more desperate, demanding warmth and connection. She declares she cannot control herself in this form, and the glowing crystal pendant on her chest pulses erratically. Yoshida, seizing a chaotic moment, pulls the leash off his leg as her form destabilizes.
The Morning After
Yoshida escapes, leaving a screaming Watanabe behind. The next morning, the crystal pendant is broken, and Watanabe is back in bed, seemingly confused and saddened. She claims a 'strange outfit' arrived, and her mind went blank. The narrator concludes, marking the beginning of the battle between Yoshida and the 'crazed housewife'. Yoshida is left looking concerned, the experience clearly weighing on him.
