The stakes have risen and now it's time for Inari to help Uka! Inari has grown and realized that she needs to stand up and take accountability. Also, Touka is such good brother as he is very straight forward with Inari.

That was an intense episode. Inari's helpless to use the forbidden power, not knowing anything until this penultimate episode. Definitely has slow pacing issues here. Touka revealed it in this episode, and Uka dragging it for too long was just straining. The ED, though, was perfectly played in that last scene.
