EPISODE REVIEWS

There’s tension between the two leads and their growing eagerness. They keep helping each other and trying to give something back in return. The voice acting fits the tone well and really lands the moments.

I felt like this anime covers love in so many different ways! From friendship, same-sex relationships, class disparity, rivalry, and platonic love there was something for everyone. I loved that each of these dynamics were not made fun of but shown both the good and ugly. I wished they adapted the entire manga cause Tanbabashi has a bigger role but this was great! [8.33/10]

This episode was a little cringey when it comes to the magical, childlike animation. Not a fan of it and felt that it was dragged too long, flying around, back and forth to Inari and Uka's frames. The plot of the series was engaging at first, but when it comes to the latter part, it was simply dull. The ending was unsatisfactory and felt like it was rushed.
