Jujur agak jengkel sama Yoi di episode ini. Ichi, come get your girl. Semoga kamu ingat warning Ichi selama ini, Yoi. Agak frustrasi, tapi masih episode yang bagus kok.

I’m sure Oji and Kohaku hate each other, but Oji and Yoi really have a lot in common—a huge difference from Kohaku, since it feels like they’re together just because. I also think Oji should have a moment to shine, and maybe he will, but I think he’s just going to be used as a tool for the anime. I really hope not, but damn, Oji is so good—too good to be in the position he’s in.

Noooo, I feel so sorry for Oji. He's such a calm and sweet guy, but it's true he arrived late :( If only he'd been faster, but oh well, he lost out on our protagonist. I'm sure they'll remain great friends, though, since they have so much in common.

Oh this is bad lol. The first half was definitely an appreciation to Kohaku, but that latter half destroyed me. Oji was so sweet and his feelings was so pure, I can't believe he's the second lead. I'm more scared after seeing that scene by the river, especially what Yoi ended up doing right after, because I don't want to see my boy Oji get hurt. I hope the best for Oji, and of course Yoi and Kohaku too!

I appreciate that the show is willing to create some messy emotions instead of keeping everything perfectly sweet. I was actually happy to see Oji get his moment for once. Even if things are complicated, it felt nice seeing him finally step forward <3333

Drama fuel for the fandom! There’s a scene near the end that’s going to give shippers a lot to talk about. I honestly didn’t expect Oji to be so direct because he’s been a pretty low-key character up until now, so seeing him take initiative was satisfying. Nya.

Finally an episode that focuses more on Yoi interacting with someone other than Kohaku, and it leads to a moment that catches both the character and the audience off guard. The situation does a good job showing how overwhelmed Yoi feels WAAAA

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming off the tender intimacy of episode nine's milestone moments, episode ten pivots the season into its late-stage conflict phase by introducing an external threat to Yoi and Kohaku's budding romance. Positioned at ten of twelve, this is the show planting the seeds of insecurity and rivalry that will likely drive the emotional tension through the final stretch. It marks the transition from relationship-building into relationship-testing territory heading into the climax.
