EPISODE REVIEWS

That conversation was harsh for Honodomachi, and thatamazing shot illustrating how the hole-drilling event might have transformed her. We gained a lot from the episode and are even more intrigued to discover what comes next.

The bullet going through the hole in the head was really absurd. Not really an entertaining or interesting episode seriously. I hope it redeems itself in the next few episodes

Episode Context

The midpoint of Id:Invaded's first season hits with an episode that tightens the screws on its psychological tension. 'Circled' leans hard into the series' core strengths, the disorienting interplay between id well exploration and real-world investigation. Expect a deliberately paced installment that rewards close attention, as both Sakaido and Hondomachi navigate increasingly treacherous mental terrain. The episode is more introspective than action-driven, digging into trauma, fractured identity, and the unsettling question of what separates investigators from the killers they pursue. The suspense here is cerebral rather than visceral, layering ambiguity into character motivations while the surreal imagery of the id wells grows more complex. This is the kind of episode that makes you pause and rewind, not because you're lost, but because the details demand it.
