It seems the ideas for the story are running out. There was no improvement to the animation and pacing, other than the introduction of a new character.

Other than introducing a new character not much happens. The beginning of the episode is when most of the story happens, the second half feels a little more like filler. The last line may be foreshadowing but not much really happens in this anime so it's hard to tell
