Episode Context

Coming off the Bomber's dramatic identity reveal and the Phantom Troupe's brush with one of Greed Island's creators, this episode pulls back to develop Killua independently before the arc's conflicts fully converge. It serves as a character-focused bridge that deepens Killua's personal stakes heading into the second quarter of the season. The groundwork laid here feeds directly into the new encounters and escalating challenges Gon and Killua will face in the episodes ahead.
