Episode Context

This is the first episode of Greed Island Final, picking up directly from the groundwork laid in the original Greed Island arc, where Gon and Killua were already deep inside the game and refining their Nen abilities under Biscuit. This opener reestablishes the training dynamic while introducing a threatening new antagonist presence that will cast a shadow over the arc's conflicts. It sets the table for escalating confrontations and signals that the comfortable rhythm of training is about to be disrupted.
