Hotel Inhumans Season 2
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Picture a hotel where every guest is a professional killer, and the two concierges might be the most dangerous people in the building. That's the setup for Hotel Inhumans, and this second season picks up right where things left off. Ikuro Hoshi is the brains — a sharp tactician who keeps saying he wants to quit but never does — and Sara Haizaki is the muscle, fast enough to dodge bullets and strong enough that most assassins don't want to test her. Together they run the front desk of what might be the most lethal hospitality service in anime. Season 2 introduces Siao, a guy who didn't choose the assassin life but got dragged into it to keep his sister Mao safe. He shows up at the hotel looking for help going up against the Okajima Group, and things get complicated fast. The show does a good job balancing its action sequences with quieter moments that dig into what it actually costs people to live in this world — the moral compromises, the loyalties that shift, the survival math. If you liked the eerie atmosphere of The Voynich Hotel or the contained setting of Apocalypse Hotel but wanted something more grounded in organized crime drama, this hits that spot. Fans of Gregory Horror Show's "strange hotel, stranger guests" energy will also find something to latch onto here, just with way more blood and fewer laughs. It's a tense, emotional watch that earns its drama.
