Episode Context

Episode 22 lands in the emotional valley before the final ascent, following Episode 21's confrontations with fear and uncertainty and letting those feelings settle into something deeper. This is the reflective pause the series needs before Episode 23, 'And so, I begin to run,' where contemplation turns into decisive action. With only two episodes remaining, this installment crystallizes the self-discovery arcs of Takemoto, Hagu, and Yamada before the season drives toward its conclusion.
