Episode Context

After Part 2's opening episodes introduced friction with rival factions like the Holy Emperor Army, this episode pulls focus back inside the Kenoh Army itself, returning to the workplace parody format that defines the series at its core. Nobu's accidental discovery of hidden internal operations grounds the cour in mundane institutional comedy after the outward-facing chaos of earlier entries. The episode also begins laying groundwork for upcoming administrative storylines, including the army's health examinations, signaling a stretch of inward-focused, bureaucratic absurdity ahead.
