Hinako Note

First of all, I just love the OP and ED of this series. Setting aside the catchy music, the overall direction in both is super great. I love how everyone sings so lovely and acts so goofy throughout the entire MV. It’s simply peak—I’d never skip them. Story-wise, it’s MID to be honest. It’s not bad, but it feels like there’s barely any story at all. I mean, the plot’s supposed to be about Hinako developing herself in the drama club, but for the whole season, that general plot only gets touched on maybe four times. Still, I don’t really hate it. I still love the SoL element here. It’s simply so cute and wholesome to watch! The characters are also great, with every one of them having their own charm. As for the craftsmanship, this is definitely my favorite of the series. The visuals, the art, the direction, the music—everything was great! Like I mentioned before, the OP and ED were just so fun to watch that I never skipped them, not even once. To nitpick though, while the fanservice isn’t overly done (at least not to the point of making me feel disgusted), it still affects my overall immersion. After all, I want my SoL to be pure, cozy, and super cute. Overall, I’d rate this series a 9/10. It’s really enjoyable to watch.

To be honest, I am a bit disappointed with this finale. I am not saying it's bad, but it could have been more engaging. It's quite passive in my opinion—or rather, slow in terms of progression. With the events of this episode, it should have been more exciting. That said, setting aside my disappointment, the overall craftsmanship remains amazing. The visuals, art, and direction were simply great. I totally love the subtle details, especially when Yua started adjusting herself in accordance with the narration. That was such a great detail that I almost missed it.

For real, if Chiaki weren't so calm, it's gonna be so chaotic, LOL! That said, I really love how clueless Hinako is sometimes, but that just makes her Hinako. On another note, I really like the chibi art in this episode. It's just too goofy!

Bruh, Hinako's mom... is really something else, LOL! What a carefree spirit. That said, this episode is super wholesome, and the visuals never disappoint me. The costumes are just so great. Though, if I were to nitpick anything, the fan service in this episode is quite heavy. To be honest, I don't hate it. I just prefer things to be a little purer.

Hahaha, I didn't expect Yua to be such a scaredy cat. Watching all her reactions is just so fun! That said, I didn't expect Hinako to be this impervious. I mean, given her character, I expected her to be a little jittery. But it also makes sense to some extent.

I can't stop laughing every time Kuu-chan and Yua get dragged out of Hinako's room, LMAO! It's just so freaking goofy, man. That said, does negi really help? Now that I've seen it, I'm curious. P.S. Kuu-chan's costumes are all so cute! I believe in dinosaur supremacy!

This episode is so damn cute! I just love everyone's outfits, especially Kuu-chan's. That suit was so cute! That alone is enough for me to enjoy this episode a lot. That said, why are Hinako's squeals so cute, man? I just can't!

Hahaha, I knew that Hinako is really OP. If someone told me she ain't a Disney princess, I'd fight them, LOL. Kidding aside, this episode is really fun to watch. I was expecting some mishaps throughout the episode, but how things played out was a real surprise to me. W for Hinako.

Mayuki's imagination is really playful and wild. Poor Hinako. I'm glad Yua got the courage to give it to Chiaki. Mayuki really didn't forget to buy those foods. It's funny. It's such a nice ending.Pretty chill and funny.

What a nice concept they have in this episode. I enjoyed watching Ruriko being confused about which one to believe. I really like Mayuki's enthusiasm about food. Hinako and Yua is such a baby around Chiaki. It's so cute.

It's a nice episode, but I don't appreciate a few of the outfits. This should be on the cute side, not that side. It's weird, in all honesty. But I like the switch when Hinako tells them that her mom is visiting. Hinako's mom is so cool, but her mom's other side is funny.
