The anime moved from the girls showing their daily lives, playing around, and enjoying their free time, to the Harekaze team uniting to protest and protect their home. Quite a touching episode and a good watch!
This lighthearted tone from the first episode is continued in this episode with a little bit more tension due to the rumor spread about the Harekaze. The mix of concern and humour are what stand out about this episode. The episode continues to have playful interactions and character driven moments even though the situation feels serious.
OVA 2 gives the series a warm and emotional ending, mixing funny moments, touching scenes, and a strong feeling of nostalgia. Kouko’s desperate mission to save the Harekaze becomes surprisingly touching, while the festival vibe, crew chemistry, and the shocking reveal at the end make the ending genuinely satisfying.
