Following directly from the scandal of episode 9, "I'm Quittin' My Manager Job!" deals with the fallout of Hiyori's decision in real time. The title tells you where things are headed but actually watching it play out is a different experience from anticipating it. There's a scene early on where she clears out her things and goes through the motions of separating herself from LIPxLIP's world that's deliberately mundane and quietly devastating because of it. No dramatic music, no tears. Just Hiyori being Hiyori practical and composed on the outside even when everything is clearly falling apart inside.
I really like how this episode showed more screen time of Koichiro. His relationship with Yujiro is so sweet and their interactions with each other were enjoyable to watch. There was so many moments in the episode where things were emotional, especially for Hiyori.
