Episode Context

Coming off episode two's focus on Taito reckoning with his newfound powers and the weight of his destiny, this third chapter broadens the scope to show the empire's tangible impact on everyday lives, grounding the larger conflict in human stakes. It's early-season foundation work, planting seeds of rebellion and forging the ideological motivations that will drive Taito's alliances and confrontations across the remaining twenty-three episodes.
