tao is a nice power system but some elements behind it are kinda weird. this would lowk be one of my fav animes if those tensen scenes werent included.

Finally some proper Tao training and it's satisfying to watch. Chobei's deal with Rien is fascinating and unsettling. Mei's lore dump about the island is dense but genuinely interesting worldbuilding.

With Gabimaru back to his senses, he along with the others begin training in order to combat the Tensen and to hone their ability to use Tao. The episode has less action and there is more emphasis on the lore regarding the origins of the island.
