Episode Context

After Episode 1 established the mysterious New World premise and Ikaros's dramatic arrival, Episode 2 pivots hard into comedy to define the show's week-to-week formula. Tomoki exploiting Ikaros's powers with chaotic results. This early installment deepens the Tomoki-Ikaros-Sohara dynamic that anchors the entire season while hinting that Ikaros's capabilities carry consequences that will matter as the series progresses toward its more dramatic back half.
