Episode Context

As the series premiere of a 13-episode season, this episode carries the full weight of setup, introducing the core trio of Tomoki, Sohara, and Sugata while planting the central mystery of the 'New World' anomaly and Tomoki's recurring angel dreams. Everything here is foundational, designed to establish the comedic baseline before the supernatural elements escalate significantly in the episodes that follow. The balance struck between humor and intrigue here becomes the template for the entire season's structure.
