While the disturbing elements are still at play, the mystery of Shio's disappearance, of why she seems to have a strong effect on people is quite compelling. The show so far does a good job at dropping hints while steadily increasing the stakes without it becoming fantastical.

This episode shows where the story starts to shift to a different and darker tone. The main lead is put into a panic state partnered with the heavy music which is a good touch. The end of the episode somehow leaves you worried for what will happen to one of the main characters.
