Mixes comedy, mystery, and emotion surprisingly well. The Okinawa trip and crazy triathlon are fun to watch, but the episode still keeps its darker tension alive through Moral and the Ideal case. Murasaki also gets some really strong character moments in this episode.
As I view the episode, the mystery of the "Non-Holders" becomes a major hook. The show-stopping moment is when a villain starts "giving" powers to ordinary people. My opinion about the graphics is that the contrast between the neon powers and the grey city is striking.
The mystery was unfortunately lacking while the episode explore the Murasaki as a character, yet barely touch on Nice's and the dynamic they shared, it felt one sided. Acts more as a visual spectacle as scenes for climax are setup
