This was a nice change of pace to give us the POV of the two leadership figures in the unit. The pacing here felt like a day in the life of our leaders and we were just here to observe and watch how they go in with the normal daily life. This was a simple episode but it gave more depth to our characters which was nice.

Honestly felt like a skippable, repetitive episode that didn't add much to the big picture. That said it definitely gives off calm before the storm vibes.

This one feels like the first episode with the introduction of the characters.. I can not say this is for the character development but more of an emotional growth issues that may affect the tem dyanmics in the upcoming episodes.
