Average episode again. New case has started, but like the start of the first case, it's just not interesting enough to captivate me whatsoever from the start.

New arc begins excitingly! Makoto's mechanic work shows growth. Plane explosion test flight shocks. Fixed boxing scam introduces new mechanics. Laurent recruiting him intrigues. Transition feels natural.

the shift in tone was noticeable. las vegas had a different rhythm—flashier, faster, but with the same sharp edges underneath. makoto trying to lay low while laurent pulled him back in? the tension was there even in the quiet scenes. 🏁
