Hmm, while the first episode was well animated the later episodes are somehow inconsistent. Also the story is all over the place and that not in a good sense, hmm...

Shocking twist devastates! Abby and Laurent's apparent deaths horrify. Makoto holding Paula at gunpoint feels desperate. Island reveal showing everyone alive satisfies. Brilliant conclusion.

the arc wrapped up clean. the tension in that final scene was thick watching everything fall into place while cassano had no idea? satisfying. the art direction during the party raid was gorgeous. the way laurent just stood there while the fbi did their thing? cold. 💀
