What an interesting episode! It introduced some new characters, and I initially thought this anime would focus entirely on Japanese supernatural folklore, but I guess I was wrong. It’s actually pretty interesting to see the series expand beyond Japan by introducing the famous Dracula from European folklore along with some Chinese supernatural elements. I’m curious to see what other surprises this anime has in store.

Phew! I thought that was going to be all about Mizuki. For a moment I thought this to be the kind of series where each episode introduces a new character that Kitaro encounters, like a new chapter every episode. Thankfully, that’s not the case, because I’ve already found myself rooting for Mizuki. For me, this episode didn’t stand out as much as the first one, but it was still enjoyable to watch.

Un episodio lleno de comedia que marca aún más el tono de este anime: terror cómico. Es interesante como detrás de dialogos aparentemente cómicos hay una atmosfera tétrica, pero un trasfondo aún más tétrico debido al niño.
