This episode got DEEP 😭 Grandpa and Grandma's bond is truly unbreakable. I also really love Shiori and Satoshi's growing relationship, I just wish Shiori would open up more - there's only a couple of episodes left!

It's really great that they're enjoying their youth again, but at the same time, it's sad to know what's going to happen to them 😞. I hope a miracle happens! This episode delivers an emotional rollercoaster. It makes me realize that you should live life to the fullest. Definitely great storytelling 🤍

Such a cute episode. I love that we go back to focusing on Grandpa & Grandma. Their conversation at the shrine & what comes after has me in tears. My poor heart.

Episode Context

After episode 8 expanded the world by introducing another rejuvenated elderly couple, episode 9 narrows the focus back to the Saitou family's personal life and the simple traditions that ground them. Sitting at the three-quarter mark of this 11-episode season, it serves as a warm breather that reinforces the show's emotional core before the final stretch. The following episode continues exploring the couple's daily life, building toward the season's conclusion.
