Man... Moment where Iori got left out cause he din't get his license due to sickness got my heart broken 😭. Love Chisa stayed back to be there for Iori (plus she got an ear ache). Even Iori dint get to join diving with his mates, he still able to join the trials with friends they made at the boat ride. What a lovely episode ending.. and Ending

Episode Context

As the twelfth and final episode, 'Otori' caps off the Okinawa arc that began building in the preceding episodes, particularly following Iori's diving license struggles and misunderstandings in Episode 11. It functions as a culmination of the season's core thesis, that diving club life is roughly 10% diving and 90% catastrophic social situations. Rather than chasing a dramatic conclusion, the finale leans into the ensemble dynamic and comedic identity that carried the entire run.
