Episode Context

Coming off Episode 5's TV shoot antics at Dolphin, 'Assist' pulls the season's attention away from external events and back toward the group's personal dynamics in Palau. It uses the travel setting as an intimate backdrop for a Kohei-driven romantic support thread, which represents a notable character-focus shift at the midpoint of the season's twelve episodes. This episode sets the stage for the second half to build on these interpersonal threads with renewed stakes.
