Episode Context

Episode 3 resolved the pre-trip scramble by getting Iori's passport situation sorted, and this episode immediately cashes in on that setup by dropping the full group into Palau for their overseas live-and-work stay at the Dolphin shop. At the one-third mark of the season, it functions as a scene-setter, introducing the relationships and routines that the remaining episodes will build on. What it establishes here, including the new social dynamics and the Palau environment, is expected to carry significant weight through the back half of the season.
